Guys, this is just a message to every student in India. In India, Due to bribed politicians education became a vast business and it became a burden to most of the students. Due to this confused world students just by-heart the concept rather than understanding it. Pressure on of a person kills the creativity in one’s mind. Because of this pressure, we are losing many persons who have a great thinking capacity like Einstein, Edison, Newton and many more. Because of this pressure, we have many toppers who just by-heart the concept but not the talented ones who understand the concept. Presently, many people try to by-heart the concept and present it in the exams for marks. With these marks, they just try to get a job with no knowledge of what they have previously learned. This became a great trend in India.

Firstly, the reason for this pressure is "The Imperfect Educational System". Especially, the private sectors and government became the great victim of this Imperfect Educational System and mental pressure on students. Especially in the intermediate stage of students. There are no proper facilities by the government due to bribed politicians who just try to make money using the education. They also try to change the rules and laws which are profitable and favorable for them. Students should be allowed read in which subject he is interested. He should be given the freedom to select his favorite subjects where he can strengthen his interest and skills. After the intermediate stages, he needs to give a chance to select his favorite field in which side he likes to go for. The government needs to implement the practical way of studying in the primary stages where the students can get interested to learn with an enthusiasm.

The education system should change in a way that each student should be changed that each student intelligence should not be calculated by the academic marks but they should be tested by making them work on mini projects at their early stages. This may help to increase the creative thinking of each student and they even sometimes become great entrepreneurs in their early stages of life. Presently we can see many persons who have become great entrepreneurs by adopting this type of education. For example, Mark Zuckerberg who is the CEO of Facebook started making many apps when he is 9 years old. He then launched the Facebook when he is 18 and became a great billionaire in the present world. Schools and colleges should inspire the students by showing these entrepreneurs as their role models. These private sectors should conduct some conferences and speeches by scientists and some entrepreneurs to train up the minds of the students to think in a unique manner with a different passion.

And, one more threat is the Reservation. This also becomes a great crisis for the poor and other caste students who have the talent and cannot come up due to the reservation. Reservation should be acceptable for only some students who are financially and economically backward in the reserved castes. Government Schools and Intermediate Education system should be constructed with Good Furniture and Equipment for the Sake of poor students who are studying in these sectors. The government should select highly Qualified and Knowledgeable Persons who can teach the students in a meaningful and good manner. Due to this caste based reservation system, we take the reserved and other countries take our deserved ones. Such as Sundar Pichai who is a CEO of Google and Satya Nadella Who is the CEO of Microsoft Companies are the talented one's which got indirectly eliminated due to this caste based reservation system.
To have better society schools and college's students should be made take to research where they can develop there thinking skills. On behalf of the study of engineering each student should be made to do a project by using their mind to cultivate new techniques where these simple techniques may also useful to many research scientists.as my opinion simply studying and writing exams is not the correct to develop ourselves and for the development of our nation. A Student needs to be given a choice or chance till 20 years where he/she choose whether to the field to the field of biology or to the field of engineering. Studying for ranks or marks leads to degrading in the behavior and intelligence of the person where he may lose skills like Creativity, innovative thinking and many more. The student should study with a goal while understanding he is able to apply to the practical life what he had studied. At the young age, Most of the people study natural sciences but later non-technical courses and other software courses where they study everything from the first. But they don't make the use of sciences which they have studied at the young age. Then what is the use they study these sciences? I mean to say the classes should also not be theoretical but they should also be practical where the students concentrate and start thinking in an innovative way. If this is the way of education we follow, sometimes small farmers may change the world with their great minds. But these days due to the bribed people this development is in a poor stage.
In these days, many students, especially in India, are lack of job opportunities due to this; intelligent and talented students are getting attracted to many crimes such as cyber crimes like hacking the confidential accounts and working for the development of terrorism through social sites and many other sources for earning money. This leads to a great threat to many countries in the world. And the other way to create an economy is through making uneducated to professional ones. This can be done like when we take a person who is drop out from his studies due to many other conditions where we have the skill to read and write he need to be trained by government with free of cost like by enhancing him to learn some minimum basic computer skills where he may use this skills to develop and may sometimes turn great entrepreneurs and by these using these simple skills.
Students of lower grade who are interested should be introduced into the scientific research field at the young age by providing them funds for their projects. They should be well-trained seniors scientists where they can develop the next generation. They need to reach about the safety research where they can secure the world from bad threats. Presently, World is full of threats such as terrorism and many other natural phenomena such as earthquakes, Tsunamis and many more. So the senior scientists should lead the students towards to solve these problems with their inventions and discoveries. But the inventions and discoveries should before doing those whether they are a threat to the world or safe. This helps us to maintain a safe and secure world. Even though when there is a flaw or a mistake these students made to find solutions to overcome them and which helps the nation. I mean to say maybe that ought to be Savior But not the Peril.
In India, if there is a special tax from every household for the research funds, there may be a lot of develop in this present society. People need not go to foreign countries for higher studies; they can even study in India and conduct their research. Due to the lack of creative education system, students lack their creative mind where they lead to think that they can't do anything new and even they can't work with the organizations. This sometimes leads to an increase in poverty and raise many other problems. Each person should be educated at least with some knowledge where they are able to work smartly and creatively in their perspective fields. There need to have some future plans with accurate completion of the plans with some exact times where they can develop their nation or country within a few spans of years. Students are a future power of every nation, so they need to be given a chance to work for the welfare and development of their nations with their new and innovative ideas.
When it comes to Indian education, mostly every one bothers about the marks. In the engineering education especially in government sectors, there are many flaws that need to be corrected. They don't have a proper academic timetable and sometimes the examination papers are valued where it depends on the situation of the mind evaluate. This sometimes gets down the students who have the great intelligence and creativity. The results are not done in a proper manner. Government just tries to grasp the money from the students by making them as ultimate failures. This sometimes leads to suicides of students who don't have a proper vision. There are no proper planning and standby results in the minds of government employees and individuals. Due to this students change their minds to cheat and pass the exams where they just don't care about the value of education in this process.
Due to this type of teaching methodology, there will be a great development in the fields of science and technology such as the national security will be developed and even due to new innovation the economy will increase faster with a span of very less time. Many solutions for different diseases will be discovered where these will be useful to increase the lifespan of humans. And on another side, Artificial intelligence systems are developed where we are able to approximate correct decision for our living methods, where they even decrease work effort on humans. To transform our country we need to transform ourselves into a meaning manner with a value-based education.
For engineering students exams should not conduct as read and write manner because due to this students just try to by-heart the concept rather than learning it. But my idea is like if the exams are conducted in a practical way where the students will able understand the knowledge and they should be examined or tested by giving them some mini projects where they are able to think in an innovative manner. This helps to develop the brain of students and they are able to apply in their practical life where there thinking and IQ reaches too many higher heights. These brains help to think in a way where there wills huge development of the country.
Computer Science Education should be implemented to the young minds where their ideas will be reached to the whole world. Especially in these days, this computer education has become a huge demand for the world needs where it is useful to share the ideas and exchange of information between the people. People need to change the minds develop the country rather than to develop themselves. Setting their own goals towards the development of the world will help ones to the nation to develop them by achieving these goals. Basic Sciences will help the one to develop many new theories and ideas where discover the many new places in this universe to start their life again in other new planets. Physically Disabled and Handicapped should need to serve good and meaningful education and should be allowed to participate in many world conference where there can share their experiences and ideas to develop the world. Each should allow doing a dual degree at the same time where he can analyze the knowledge with accurate information and can enter into world development by his/her ideas. Students should break the rules for the true education but not the laws to become great personalities. Every student should be trained that he needs to design his own world to change the whole world. He/ She should search for happiness in his own dreams to achieve it. His/ her thoughts need to be trained to defend any kind of problem which opposes one's aim to achieve their dreams. At a young age there mind should be with fire to learn the new concepts or they should even be enthusiastic to learn the research papers which are written by the great personalities. Each of them should be trained to set up the world peace where they can solve many problems.
I Hope there will be some change in the minds of the people who try to analyze a student by his marks but not by his talent. But, I Suggest some statements to students that I hope at least some persons get benefited by just changing their way of thinking to change the system. They are -
- Each and Every Citizen (Or) Student have to change their thoughts and have demanded to gain the complete knowledge.
- Every Person who teaches the students [Whether, He is a Private (Or) Government Employ] should have the idea on every topic of the subject and he/she need have the updated information about the topics where he can teach it to the students in a creative way.
My suggestion to a citizen (Or) a student is to have a better knowledge is just to concentrate on which subject (Or) topic he/she has interest and to read the related topics to his subjects while when we crossed about that glance of the subject.
And one more suggestion is that Most of the part of the education should be in a practical way where students can remember and easily understand the concepts.
